TrialSolve is a patient awareness and referral service operated from Budapest, Hungary. We help patients find clinical trials that may be recruiting for their condition, and we facilitate introductions between interested patients and study sites.

3. How we use your data

To search publicly available trial databases (ClinicalTrials.gov) for studies that may match your answers
To show you plain-language descriptions of potentially relevant trials
To allow a coordinator to review your submission before any referral is made
To prepare and send a referral summary to a study site, only if you have consented to site sharing and a coordinator considers it appropriate
To send you a confirmation email when you submit interest in a trial
To alert you about future trials, only if you gave separate optional consent

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.

4. Important limitations

Results from this service are preliminary only and do not confirm eligibility for any clinical trial. TrialSolve does not provide medical advice. All clinical and eligibility decisions are made by the study site and its qualified investigators.

5. Who we share your data with

Study sites: Only if you have consented and a coordinator has reviewed your submission and considers referral appropriate. We share your screener summary and contact details with the relevant study site only.
Service providers: We use Resend (email delivery) and may use cloud hosting providers. All are required by contract to process data only on our instructions and in compliance with GDPR.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties.

6. Where your data is stored

All personal data is stored on servers located within the European Union. We do not transfer data outside the EEA.

7. How long we keep your data

8. Your rights under GDPR

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Right of access (Art. 15): Request a copy of the data we hold about you
Right to rectification (Art. 16): Ask us to correct inaccurate data
Right to erasure (Art. 17): Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
Right to restrict processing (Art. 18): Ask us to stop processing your data
Right to withdraw consent (Art. 7(3)): Withdraw any or all consents at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Right to lodge a complaint: You may complain to the Hungarian Data Protection Authority (NAIH) at www.naih.hu

9. Cookies

We use only essential session cookies required for the site to function (e.g. to remember your language preference). We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics.

We may update this Privacy Notice. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.

Nature of the service

TrialSolve is a patient awareness and referral facilitation service. It is not a medical service, a clinical trial sponsor, or a healthcare provider. We do not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, assess or confirm eligibility for any clinical trial, or guarantee enrolment in any study.

Results shown are based on publicly available data from ClinicalTrials.gov and your self-reported answers. They are preliminary only.

Your responsibilities

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this service
You must provide accurate answers to the questionnaire
You should discuss participation in any clinical trial with your own doctor before making any decisions
You must not use this service on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent

Limitation of liability

TrialSolve makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of trial information shown. We are not liable for decisions made based on the results of this service. The study site is solely responsible for eligibility assessments and all clinical decisions.

Intellectual property

All content on this site is the property of TrialSolve unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or redistribute content without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Hungarian courts.
